[ it feels like he can breathe again at last, and tighnari allows some of his weight to sag against cyno's chest, his eyes dropping closed for a moment. and then.. he's chuckling, the sound a little heavy and dry. ]

[ Cyno brushes his thumb along the other's cheek before the other kisses his palm. ]

[ more than anything, there must be trust between them. tighnari closes his burning eyes for a moment, and squeezes his arms around cyno's shoulders. ]

[ Cyno relaxes a little and he tilts his head to kiss the other's cheek gently and instead of pulling away, he slips both his arms back around him, sliding lower and shifting to grip the backs of his thighs and making an upward motion to encourage Tighnari to work with him so he can carry the other to bed. ]

I do mean it.

[ he wants to explain to Tighnari what it's really about, about the hollow feeling that he can't name but since he can't name it he's not sure he can make Tighnari understand so he'll keep that to himself. ]

[ It calms Cyno a little, the words, the way that Tighnari moves with him to allow him to hold him close as he makes his way to their now shared bedroom. He sets Tighnari down carefully and pulls off his hoodie before sliding into the bed as well. He's warmer now after being out of the shower for a while now.

The other wants to sleep more but Cyno turns over the feeling he's been having. ]

It wasn't about you, even if I made it sound that way. But I don't know how to make you understand what it is. But just... believe that it was about me.

[ cyno slides into bed, and tighnari immediately moves in toward him, pressing up close to his chest, eager for his warmth and closeness. in the end, it was just an argument, and arguments are natural, but he and cyno have never really had an argument like this one, and he has a feeling that it's left them both shaken.

smoothing a hand over cyno's chest, tighnari rests his head on the pillow, looking into his face. ]

[ he murmurs, without hesitation, as he leans in to kiss cyno again, and this time it lingers, warm and gentle, but firm, easing their mouths together with purpose. ]

[ Cyno kisses him back, eyes closing as his fingers slide down the other's ear, to the base and then curling into his hair briefly. He sighs softly against the other's mouth after a little while of falling into that kiss. ]

Nari, rest some more.
